How to take care of your hair in summer time

    Hei girls,

Finally the summer it’s here,I think it’s the most favourite season of the year .Who does’nt love the summer??? I love it!
Before we get too carried away by the waves don’t forget to take care of your hair. Dehydration happens outside, inside, in the water, in the air. Summertime, in particular, is especially brutal on the hair, mainly due to all the stress we are putting it under: the beach, the ocean, the pool, the sun, and total climate change shock when you go on a faraway vacay.
If you got about 15 minutes a week, I got a few things that will help you look awesome this summer.

1.Treatments !
Not every treatment is created equal that also includes natural remedies an some treatments might not work for certain situations.Every season, there’s always a new product or trend that catches on,and if you notice, every beauty store begins to sell products pertaining to that trandy ingredients: argan oil, coconut oil, keratin. This ingredients helps your hair a lot,and now it’s very easy to get it.
Find a few minutes every week to take care of your hair by using a good treatment which give to the hair cuticle the muscle it needs to survive the heat and sun.
This is the easiest routine ever.

Stop complaining, and begin now .

2.Hair products with UV protection.
You know how important it is to wear sunscreen daily, but just like your skin, you can’t neglect your hair too. While you may not want to add another step into your routine, UVA/UVB rays can also do a number on your strands. Along with water, salt, and the heat, the sun’s rays can leave hair dry, brittle, and if you have color-treated strands, faded.

3.Avoid heat!
The sun is already putting too much heat on your hair,so avoid the additional heat as much as you can.Go slow on the blow dryer, and if required wash your hair earlier so that they get ample time to air-dry.Try to take a break from styling iron or curlers and let the hair natural as can be.

I hope this tips will help you.

Have a lovely summer and see you to the next post!

With love for hair,Alexandra Boitor
